Awareness on women Trafficking

The Rotaract Club of Ch.S.D.St.Theresa’s Autonomous College for Women,Eluru .The Organized awareness  programme on women trafficking. Mr. John and Mrs. Susan from U.S.A created awareness on women trafficking to the students.

National Voters Day 2019

Department of social sciences organized awareness programme   on  9th National voters day on 25^th january 2019 .M.R.O Sri .Chandra Sekhar Rao gave a talk  on National Voters day . He  gave  awareness  on   Voter Enrollment  and stressed  the responsibilities of youth towards voting system    . Students enacted a   Skit on Political Parties -Voters behavior  in Elections , Dr.sr.  Mercy principal  also advised   to  the students  to enroll their names in  the voters list and secured the power to make a better government . And also conducted Essay writing and  elocution  competition  and  distributed the prizes   . 

 

Career Guidance 2019

Department of Social Sciences conducted a career guidance Session on 12th January ,2018 in which Ms.P.Ravathi ,Assistant commercial Tax Officer, Vijayawada had an interactive Session with students on the prospects and career opportunities on group exams . she discussed various ups and downs of process of preparation for various competitive exams

ETHNIC  WEEK CELEBRATIONS - 2018

We celebrated Ethnic week from 13th to 21st December 2018. We celebrate ethnic week every year. Inaugural session conducted on 13th December. MathruPithru pujosthvam conducted On the eve of parents meet.  Our  department students honoured their parents with much love and respect.

On 14th December 2018 organized Guest lecture by Dr.Nirmala Devi  gynaecologist    on Heath care in adolescence age and Extempore compatition on Traditions and Customs in modern

era.

On 15th December 2018 conducted Mehandi and Hair style competitions

On 18th December 2018 singing competition and Essay writing competition.

On 19th December 2018 Sampradaya ruchulu competition and Rongali competitions.

On 20th December 2018 conducted Fancy dress in sampradhaya Vasthradharana competition and dance competitions.

On 21st December 2018 organized a talk on Traditions and customs in a scientific reasons  by  Dr. N. Nagavardanam. she  gave a wonderful revelation of many traditions and the scientific reasons behind them.

All the students actively participated in various events.
